Who we are
This site is run by 404 Films (Jimmy Woolley), the maker of The Six-Seven Movie. We are responsible for the personal information you give us here. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect and why
| Email address | To tell you when screenings of The Six-Seven Movie are announced, and to recognise you if you register again. |

| Town or city, and country | To show cinemas how many people in their area want to see the film. We look it up to find your approximate area. |
| Party size and favourite cinema | To estimate audience numbers for each area. |
| Marketing choice | Only if you tick the box, to send you behind-the-scenes news and news of other 404 Films projects. |
| Technical details | The country and city your connection comes from (supplied by our host) and any referral link you used, to understand where interest comes from and to stop spam. |
What we share
We share totals only with cinemas and distributors, for example "240 people within 20 miles of Norwich, 510 seats". We never give or sell your name or email to cinemas or anyone else.
Our service providers process data for us: Cloudflare (website hosting, database and spam protection), Open-Meteo (looking up an approximate location from the town you enter; only that town is sent). If we later send email through a mailing service, it will act only on our instructions.
Legal basis
We rely on your consent, given when you submit the form. Screening updates and marketing news are separate choices, and the marketing box is never ticked for you.
How long we keep it
Until the film's cinema run ends, or three years from when you registered, whichever comes first, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing [email protected]. Every email we send will have an unsubscribe link. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Young fans
If you are under 13, please ask a parent or guardian to register for you.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If our spam check runs, Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie for it.
